Mr. Forbis’ practice has included a significant number of asbestos and lead-based paint projects, including coordination of large-scale inspection efforts for OSHA, EPA-AHERA and -NESHAP compliance. He has likewise written specifications for asbestos and lead hazard abatement projects. He has trained asbestos workers in all four OSHA classifications, and developed a number of Operations and Maintenance Programs for his clients. Dennis has conducted a significant number of Indoor Air Quality investigations, chemical exposure assessments, noise assessments and has developed workplace compliance programs for a variety of clients/industries.

His areas of expertise include conducting exposure assessments for a wide variety of chemical and physical agents, asbestos, indoor air quality and mold, environmental site assessments and remediation, database development, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and radon surveys, potable and non-potable water sampling and testing, and environmental and industrial hygiene training.

Mr. Kareis is an EPA approved asbestos and lead-based paint trainer. He has conducted asbestos training for supervisors, inspectors, workers, management planners, designers, air monitors, and analysts. He has also conducted training for lead-based paint supervisors, inspectors, workers, and risk assessors. Other training courses that he has developed and taught include Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), asbestos operations and maintenance, hazard communication, industrial hygiene, mold remediation, and environmental site assessments.

He provides a wide range of health and safety services for clients nationwide. These services range from conducting industrial noise and air monitoring surveys to developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety programs. Other services he provides include conducting facility health and safety audits, employee exposure assessments, ventilation system evaluations and respirator fit testing. Tony routinely performs indoor environmental quality investigations at such locations as medical and governmental facilities, schools, hotels, commercial office buildings, and residences. In addition to the traditional industrial hygiene activities, Mr. Watson has provided expert litigation support for indoor environmental quality, asbestos, and hexavalent chromium matters.
